How does the Automated Liquid Handling System work?

The Automated Liquid Handing System is a full process automatic sample pre-treatment system to realize "test tube goes in and plates comes out", which completes the pre-treatment processes including one click code scanning, information input, automatic sample injection, uncapping, capping, PCR system construction, and so on. Its high-throughput processing capacity can hugely improve the efficiency of clinical diagnosis, automatic operation and fully enclosed environment are able to avoid manual operation errors, and cross contamination.
The Automated Liquid Handing System operates according to the following modes:
1. After the experiment set up is completed, the system will scan the code with one key to ensure that the sample information is entered into the system.
2. Carrying the cover to load the sample, grab arm module to grab the sample to the “transfer’ position for automatic capping operation.
3. The pipetting arm module is moved to the “transfer’ position for sample transfer, and the sample is extracted and injected into the 96 deep-well plate.
4. After the sample transfer is completed, grab arm module to un-capping and recycle the test tube.
With the increasing globalization, large-scale outbreaks of various known or unknown diseases continue to occur. Once a highly pathogenic infectious event occurs, a large number of suspected infected people need to be diagnosed in the shortest time, so as to accurately assess the epidemic situation, and develop effective epidemic prevention measures.
