Floor-standing Centrifuge

The Floor-Standing Centrifuge is a new generation of intelligent centrifuge specially developed for the joint control of upper computers in automated workstations. It is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, featuring MODBUS communication and 485 output. Equipped with an intelligent touch operation display, it integrates display and operation functions into one. It can be controlled as a single unit or through multi-machine joint control. Adopting a separate dual-drive system for rotor load and precise positioning, it overcomes the limitation that servo motors cannot operate under high-speed loads. This enables stable and smooth low-speed operation as well as extended high-speed operation capabilities, meeting the diverse speed requirements of various application scenarios within a wider range.

Product Features 

  • Equipped with a 7-inch high-sensitivity, high-definition touchscreen for control, it can be used independently or controlled by upper computer software.
  • Operating parameters and set parameters can be displayed on the same screen, making it intuitive and easy to understand.
  • Single-stage or multi-stage programs are optional to realize stepped centrifugation, enabling laboratories to perform diversified, personalized, and multi-step operations in one go.
  • Fully automatic hidden door with a window size of 200mm×200mm.
  • The hanger basket corresponds to the automatic door, with a 15mm clearance on one side for gripping, and horizontal and vertical limit stops.
  • The inner cavity is made of 316 stainless steel, featuring rust resistance and corrosion resistance.
  • Rotors and hanger baskets are made of 7-series high-strength aviation aluminum alloy with hard anodizing, ensuring high strength and corrosion resistance. An open CAN bus communication port is provided, along with the CAN bus protocol.
